Should I send flowers and flirt with her?

I like this woman a lot. She's seeing someone now but I'm hearing that they are having problems in their relationship.

Today, I asked for her phone number after I got a haircut at the salon where she works. She said no. I feel like I made a mistake by approaching her while she was with a customer.



Do you think it's a good idea to send her flowers to the salon and write on a note that I'm sorry and that I think that she's beautiful? Or is it a mistake to do it and it may freak her out even more? Thanks....

No means no. Don't send the flowers and especially don't write the note. If she's having problems in a relationship, she probably especially doesn't need you to complicate things for her now. I'd lay low and see how friendly or not she is in the coming months.

Reply:I don't think you should make any more advances until you are sure she is over her current boyfriend. Flowers is a little much too. A card and some candy just as a "I'm sorry" should be okay. You can also include in the card how you justify yourself with asking her phone number. Make her feel better about herself, but just her aesthetics wouldn't be a good way (stray away from it actually).
