I have used the site below to send my fiance and/or her family in Osaka many times. They service all of Japan. It's like FTD in the US. It's very secure and works well. Use the second link if you don't speak Japanese like me. They deliver very beautiful flowers at precisely the time you choose. It's a great service and very reasonable. Much less than using an American company that will charge as much as $200 to do the same thing.

Japan is a strong country with lots of big business. If you are concerned, email the staff at the site before you do anything.
