yeh try 1300flowers. I've used them too! I have heaps of relies in Melbourne and I live in Brissie, send flowers down there for birthdays etc. The call staff there are really helpful and my family have only ever raved about the flowers!

It's 1300 356 9377 - that's actually 1300 Flowers on the keypad - it's so easy for me to remember. I haven't dealt with anyone else but these people have been great for me in the past.
