I just got flowers...?

I just got a call from the receptionist, saying I just had flowers delivered. I do have a birthday coming up on Sunday. I have a boyfriend, which I doubt would send me flowers. I have a boss who is fond of sending flowers, but he typically forgets my birthday and will generally send flowers to our entire group....not just one of us.



Who could they be from?? Any guesses?



I can't go up to get them right now....I have to wait for a bit....
