Reply:No that is not pathetic. I get myself flowers all the time, but that's because I love flowers. I have never sent myself flowers on Valentine's Day, but if you want to do that for yourself, then do it. Who says you can't be your own valentine?

I think that sending yourself flowers just makes you dwell on your single-ness even more, and creates an awkward situation when you get questions from your coworkers ("Who sent you flowers?"). It's lame. Don't do it.



My advice: go out with your single friends or stay home and watch a good movie. Buy flowers for yourself, but keep them where only you see them, like at home. It's about doing something nice for yourself, not trying to impress everyone else by how you're not *really* single!

Reply:LOL My best friend and I sent eachother flowers in highschool on vday one year. It was pretty embarassing and obvious bc they were delivered to us in class and we were in class together. I'd rather buy myself Candy than Flowers. :)
