My ex and Valentines. Still in love. She is too. Sent Flowers and candy too much, what can I write or do?

I have been sending flowers, candy and all that, so I think Valentines Day, it shouldnt be a card, it should be something I should write, but does cc:ing everyone on my address list, and writing her the reasons I love her a good idea or not. BTW we broke up cause she went to college in Mexico City,
